**About name order in Japan**

Some Japanese will say their own name, for example Tibi NAGAO, to introduce themselves in English. But they say NAGAO Tibi in Japanese. In this case, NAGAO is his/her family name. Tibi is his/her OWN first name. As to me, Aki is my first name. This is a difference of culture. I would not change this order.
